Default good enough dmg wammo

take a look at my build

build:

axe mastery: 12 + 3
strength: 8 + 1 + 1
smithing prayer: 10
protection prayer: 3

skilzzz:
- primal rage
- penetrating blow
- executioners strike
- dismember
- axe twist
- judge's insight
- strength of honer
- rebirth

you can take any kind of armor or weapon, its just a mather of taste

this build does massive dmg, there's a big diferince when you use judge's insight, without primal rage and judge's you do around 15 dmg against 100 armor, and with judge's insight you do around 30 dmg, but i didnt figured out how much you do with primal rage

primal rage and judge's insight stak, so you have 40% armor penetration

you can use this build in PVE and PVP, but when you enter PVP, remove rebirth and place rezurect signet

I'll take your word for the damage (as I haven't tried your build yet). I noticed you have no healing at all. I'm guessing you must rely on a good monk/ritualist to heal you. You also have no defenses, which could be very bad.

I'm guessing you have a shield that has Strength requirements instead of Tactics.

primal rage will disable all of your skills. i'm pretty sure those disabled skills will not be building adrenaline. and since 4 of your skills are adrenal, your screwed. in fact i think it will remove whatever adrenaline you had already accumulated. not really sure.

mix that with judge's and a maintained enchantment? wow. good thing it does massive damage or this build would suck.

Holden is right about not gaining adrenaline. So there really isn't a point in the adrenal skills with Primal Rage. If you want an axe/smite warrior try something like this:

Axe Mastery: 16 (12+3+1)
Smiting Prayers: 11
Strength: 7 (6+1)

(not sure those work out becuase I can't test it at the moment, but fairly certain)

Skills:
1. Eviscerate {E}
2. Executioner's Strike
3. Axe Twist (or Axe Rake for PvP)
4. Furious Axe (or Penetrating Chop if you prefer it or don't have Factions)
5. Frenzy/"To The Limit!"/*possibly* Flurry (with elevated damage from
Judge's/SoH, -25% might not hurt)
6. Judge's Insight
7. Strength of Honor
8. Rez (personal preference in PvE, Rez Sig for PvP of course)

Just like the posted build, it has no healing or defense, so you must rely on good monks (not so hard in PvE). If you want some healing, move the points in strength into tactics, just have 3 (2+1) in strength, and use Heal Sig instead of Furious Axe. On a soft target, Eviscerate/Executioner's should easily do 100+ damage. I'll have to try this when I get home to see if it really works.

Sidenote: As a sword warrior, Hundred Blades would benefit from +damage with both hits, and can hit multiple targets. Just add some adrenal sword skills and it could work as well.

If you DO want run Primal Rage, I suggest either hammer ( with IWAY for IAS ) or Axe, because you want critical hits, and swords have low max damage ( 22 ), axes have 28 and hammers 35.

Skills you can use with Primal rage: Signet of strength, Warrior's cunning.

Don't take adrenal skills, so wild blow has a use. More utility skills like sprint maybe. A pet for IWAY.

yes, i was also thinking about eviscirate, euhm... but are you sure that when the skils are disabled you cant gain adr, i meen you cant activate them, but you already pumped them up, and... i think by not taking frenzy or flurry, but berserker stance, thanks anyway

If you disable your skills, aka they "recharge" using the clock-like animation, you cannot gain adrenaline for those skills in the meanwhile.

Primal rage is crap and you need a speed boost if you ever intend on killing people in pvp

Does your Warrior have 4 energy regeneration and 30 base max energy?

Actually, I think if you use primal rage, a sword is viable.

I remember someone having some success with:

Hamstring,
Primal Rage (E),
Strength of Honor,
Other skills

Not the best build, but it can do quite a fair bit of damage. A snare is necessary before using primal rage unless you like doing 0 damage.

Yeah, but if you want true DPS you go:

Hamstring
Firestorm
Primal Rage

Primal Ham-Storm!

hmm i have pretty cool reactions, and i'm always thinking about a build with skils very few people use like primal rage.
Most of the people will think its a noob skil or build, and its stil a prototype, and i realy aprisiate the reactions on it, wich makes think about it.

Bruce, be aware that this person is joking. I hope so, anyway. He doesn't sound like the kind of person to do this kind of stuff in real-game (judging from other threads).
